DE LEEUW, DE HEKS DE KLEERKAST
Vier kinderen, Peter, Susan, Edmund en Lucy gaan logeren bij professor Kirke. Op een regenachtige dag spelen ze verstoppertje in het grote, geheimzinnige huis. Lucy ontdekt een logeerkamer waar een kleerkast staat. Ze doet de kast open en stapt erin. Ze probeert met haar handen de achterwand te voelen… Tot haar schrik zit er helemaal geen achterwand in de kast! Ze loopt zomaar een ander land binnen, waar een lantarenpaal schijnt midden in een sneeuwlandschap.
Daar ontmoet Lucy een vriendelijke faun, meneer Tumnus. Ze gaat bij hem op bezoek. Als ze weer terug komt door de kast geloven haar broers en zus niets van haar verhaal. Maar op een dag maken ze precies hetzelfde mee als Lucy.
In Narnia is een strijd aan de gang, waar de kinderen bij worden betrokken. Samen met Aslan vechten ze tegen de Witte Heks. Het lijkt erop dat hun avonturen slecht aflopen, maar Aslan is veel machtiger dan iemand had kunnen denken…
